Tactical Systems Technician
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Load tactical and simulations systems and perform simulation and tactical operations
Provide console operations in support of special projects
Develop, modify and deliver combat system simulation test scenarios
Perform data recording and data analysis on all laboratory equipment
Responsible for making tactical logbook entries that are concise, accurate and provide sufficient detail.
Responsible for using proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Responsible for generating/updating/closing work candidates and configuration changes ensuring the information is detailed and accurate.
Responsible for utilizing all applicable security procedures while performing in the IWSL. »Must be able to support shift work
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIRMENTS
The Tactical Systems Engineer should have 4 years general Naval tactical experience which includes 2 years of Training and simulation system O&M experience.
Aegis Operations Specialist or Tactical Data Link experience a plus
Must have or be able to obtain a Department of Defense secret security clearance
Developing Windows and web applications using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 or higher using C#, NHibernate, Entity Framework, LINQ and SQL server 2008 or higher

DOD 8570.2M certified as required. The System Administrator requires the training, skills and experience necessary to implement and maintain complex computer system network administration activities. This is to include experience in Microsoft Windows computer operating systems, LINUX operating systems, computer security program administration, and administration/distribution of commercial and government owned application computer programs. The System Administrator must have experience implementing and following processes that are within government security guidelines and maintaining network infrastructures to ensure network architectures are able to be accredited for government wide network usage.
Data Link Analyst
Location: Moorestown, NJ
Security clearance required: Secret clearance
Required experience: High School Diploma Preferred education & experience: Naval TDL experience, experience in operating simulation/tactical systems including but not limited to; A-STATS, NGS, CCD, MLST3, CDLMS.
Special skills/certifications: Minimum 4 years of Tactical Data Link
Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift, stand, and bend/stoop occasionally. Lift/carry: 10-20 lbs.
Expected work hours: Monday-Friday, possible weekends.
Perform operations for Simulation Systems.
Coordinate test and operation activities for the installed simulation systems in accordance with priorities and objectives for CSEDS and NSCC facilities.
Perform pre-test planning, configure and operate simulation systems, monitor and analyze test results and provide post-test reporting and documentation of test results for each event supported. Develop and maintain scenarios and scripts for Simulation Systems.
Maintain records of operation activities on the assigned simulation systems to include; test schedules, test logs, test reports and problem reports for Simulation Systems.
Must be able to support shift work and Willing to travel.
Essential job requirements:
Knowledge of tactical data link operations
Knowledge of TDL message formats and protocols defined in MILSTD
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel)
The Data Link Analyst requires the skills necessary to identify interoperability requirements and testing methodologies to ensure all M&S tools maintain interoperability standards. This position requires the training, skills and experience necessary to conduct advanced tactical data link engineering, analysis and simulation systems operations. The candidate will support all aspects of testing Naval tactical systems and tactical data link (TDL) capabilities of C4ISR and weapon systems, to include AEGIS, FMS and LCS interfaces, Link 16, Link 11multilink data forwarding, and JREAP-C. Support includes planning for test events; Developing mission oriented and standards conformance test procedures based on the format and transactional requirements in applicable military standards; Operating simulators, link monitoring systems, and other test tools; Directing and/or supporting test conduct; Performing real-time and post-test analysis; And documenting test results.

Sr. Systems Administrator
FTI is looking for Sr. Systems Administrator (Windows) with demonstrated ability with Active Directory and windows server administration/troubleshooting. Knowledge of enterprise architecture is also highly desirable. The candidate shall be experienced in system hardening and Active Directory security best practices. Knowledge of DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGS) at a server level creating Group Policy Order (GPO) is a strong positive. Other desired skill sets include Powershell Scripting.
Training System Operator
Wallops Island, VA
Support of in-service engineering associated with all Tactical Data Links (TDL), including Link-11, Link-16, STJ, MTJ, and UTJ, on US Navy, Joint Service, and Allied Platforms, interoperability and integration of Tactical Data Links (TDL) into the Aegis Combat System and on Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD). Responsible for coordinating TDL test planning and execution in support of test events such as BMD, Development Tests (DT), Operational Tests (OT), CSSQTs, FCTs, and PRTs. Investigate system and equipment problems discovered during test events and operations and participate in resolution of problems within the TDL architecture.
