The Customer Technical Support Specialist shall provide telephone and on-site technical support to personnel relative to technical aspects of assigned RDT&E products. The Customer Technical Support Specialist must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of database management applications and must be able to maintain established databases and generate output files in prescribed report formats.
