Overview

Future Technologies is in search of a CIAT/RCT Operator to join our team in Norfolk, VA.  FTI is a proven, employee-focused provider of mission-critical information systems and technical support services to government and private sector organizations worldwide. 

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes Tactical code running on virtualized machines.
  • Provides fidelity to train all required Combat System capabilities.
  • Supports basic phase training events at the waterfront but can accommodate a wide range of training events.
  • Ground truth recording capability on instructor and watch stander console displays and audio for after action playback and analysis
  • Must be able to learn Next Generation Simulation (NGS) system and interfaces to effectively run and operate CIC scenarios.

Qualifications

  • Four (4) years of Shipboard Combat Information Center Watch station or Air Crewman experience.
  • Experience in one of the following:
    • as a qualified ASTAC or Light Airborne Multi-Purpose System (LAMPS) air crewman.
    • as a qualified AIC watchstander
    • as a qualified TIC or Tactical Data Coordinator (TDC) watchstander.
    • experience with qualified sea combat commander watch stander or maritime patrol aircraft air crewman.
    • experience as a Naval Flight Officer with Tactical Data Link (Link 11/16), Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), Air Intercept Controller (AIC), Weapons Tactics Instructor, and Mission Commander
  • Active Secret security clearance
