FTI is in search of a Software Engineer to join our team in Moorestown, NJ.

The Software Engineer will collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government. The Software Engineer will define the nature and extent of problems, analyze relevant data; which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures. The Software Engineer will interview managers and employees while observing their operations, develop solutions to problem and prepare recommendations, seek to understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture. The candidate will also prepare and solve mathematical models and report findings and recommendations to the Government. These reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common. For some projects, management analysts are retained to help implement the suggestions they have made.

• 1 + years of experience
• Active Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with software engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as engineering or mathematics
• At least one certification from the following:
• CCNA-Security
• CySA+ **
• GICSP
• GSEC
• Security+ CE
• CND
• SSCP
• Agile Developer certification or Certified Scrum Developer certification
• Ability to implement projects/tasks with Microsoft Power BI
