- Three (3) years of experience that includes performing financial management and administrative activities such as budgeting, schedules, manpower and resource planning, procurements, or financial reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with two or more of the following:
- Financial planning, analysis, execution tracking and reporting of funding including experience developing and using complex formulas in Microsoft Excel, and experience creating/processing complex and lengthy financial reports that include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns.
- Development and maintenance of schedules, work breakdown structures; preparation of charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.
- Administrative support for meetings to include scheduling, coordination, and accurately capturing important items and actions for inclusion in meeting minutes.
- DoD purchase and inventory processes, systems or functions including purchasing materials, supplies and equipment through vendors on the open market, via contract award, or other standard forms of purchasing. Experience tracking procurements.
- Active Secret security clearance
