- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or other related engineering or computer science discipline.
- Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated experience with DoD development and program/project lifecycle: design, implementation, verification, production, and sustainment for tactical communication systems and C4ISR systems. Demonstrated experience designing tests, laboratory analyses, scientific analyses, and interpretation of research results for tactical communication systems and C4ISR systems. Demonstrated experience with systems architecture of tactical communication systems and C4ISR systems.
- Active Top Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of demonstrated experience with DoD development and program/project lifecycle: design, implementation, verification, production, and sustainment for tactical communication systems and C4ISR systems. Demonstrated experience with systems architecture of tactical communication systems and C4ISR systems.
- Five (5) years of demonstrated experience with open architecture constructs like Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR)/Electronic Warfare Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS), Open Mission Systems/Universal Command and Control Interface (OMS/UCI), Agile Mission Suite (AMS) Government Reference Architecture (GRA). Five (5) years of demonstrated experience with LPD (Low Probability of Detection) and LPI (Low Probability of Intercept) waveforms and anti-jam capabilities for tactical communication systems.
