FTI is in search of a Program Manager in Port Hueneme, CA.  FTI is a proven, employee-focused provider of mission-critical information systems and technical support services to government and private sector organizations worldwide.  We support a wide range of professional, information technology (IT), and intelligence services, which includes acquisition, procurement, financial, international, and foreign military sales support services for the Department of Defense. Our professional team combines the technical depth, breadth and experience of a large firm with the agility, efficiency and personal service that only a smaller firm can offer. 

The Program Manager will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the overall planning, direction, and successful execution of contract requirements.

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, M.B.A or other Technical Degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management
• Certified SCRUM Master or Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner
• (20) years relevant experience supporting U.S. Navy Combat and/or Weapon Systems
• (5) years Program Management experience running a large support services contract with subcontractors
• Experience providing task direction, policy guidance, employee development and related services to personnel under the supervision
• Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution
• Experience identifying and/or acquiring qualified personnel with appropriate combinations of education, training and experience to meet required tasking requirements
• (3) Years Experience in Budget forecasting and execution
• (3) Years Experience with Earned Value Management reporting
• (3) Years Experience in identifying technical and programmatic risk areas and in developing and implementing risk mitigation plans and/or strategies
• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Familiarity
