Future Technologies is seeking a Sr. Technical Developer/Instuctor to join our winning team. Location: Dahlgren, VA

Clearance: Secret

Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Curriculum Development and Maintenance in cooperation with the Lockheed Martin development and instructor team for SSDS or Aegis
  • Training support and execution in cooperation with the Lockheed Martin development and instructor team for SSDS or Aegis
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) support in development/update of the training curriculum.
  • SME support in the development of Job Duty Task Analysis’ (JDTA), Front End Analysis’ (FEA).
  • SME support in the development of Simulation and Tactical and Operational scenarios.
  • SME/Instructor support and training execution for the SSDS/Aegis courses as required.

Qualifications

Education and requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
  • Familiarization with duties of shipboard Tactical Action Officer (TAO), Anti-Air Warfare Coordinator(AAWC), Combat Systems operations and communications
  • Familiarization with SSDS AND/OR AEGIS program and mission
  • Familiarization with one or more of the following: TAO, AAWC Senior Warfare coordination, Combat System Operations and Communication
  • Training Materials Development and Maintenance : NAVEDTRA 130 Series of Manuals, Navy Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) computer program, Naval Ships Technical Manual (NSTM) 300 series
