    Essential Job Functions:

    Manages the A&AS contractor staff supporting the ES&I Commodity Line.

    Provides direct support to the Product Support Lead by introducing process opportunities that adhere to both ITIL and CMMI best practices.

    Guide and Direct staff to achieve greater rigor and structure by using ITIL and CMMI best practices.

    Manages FTI program in accordance with PMI models and principles.

    Responsibilities

    Duties Include:

    Shape and Manage customer expectations for all areas of FTI performance.

    Generate, monitor, and asses project plans for contract deliverables and special Government tasking.

    Act as primary mentor to junior staff members.

    Drive team to raise standards of performance.

    Introduce team to metric development demonstrating process maturity following ITIL and CMMI best practices.

    Ensure A&AS labor categories are fully staffed and appropriately balanced IAW SOW and ES&I day to day needs.

    Develops and manages FTI program burn plans.

    Presents FTI program status at FTI monthly PMR’s.

    Participates in all phases for FTI contract re-compete activities.

    Participates in FTI proposal efforts as required.

    Leads team in demonstrating Non-Personal Services discipline.

    Qualifications

    Essential Job Requirements:

    10+ Years of experience in two or more of the following areas: Leadership, Management, Business Development, Project Management, Contract Administration, Schedule Management, and Experience in the Administration of technical project.

    Must have an active Secret clearance.
