Provide administrative support to the PM. When assigned, provide support to our Navy customer by creating official correspondence in accordance with the Navy correspondence manual.
Must have and be able to maintian an active secret clearance.
• Highly organized individual with strong written and communication skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook and Visio)
• Light graphics experience desirable
• Provide support to Operations Manager and Deputy Program Manager
• Support travel arrangements review expense reports
• Scheduling of meetings and conference rooms
• Assisted in screening potential job candidates, scanning resumes, compiling materials
• Process new hire paperwork
• Maintaining employee database records including phone listings & recall list
• Order office supplies
• Work with internal and external leadership of various levels
• Support Lean Six Sigma facilitator at meetings with senior leadership
• Provide coverage at Aegis Technical Representative as needed
