- Develop and maintain a business development strategy including a pipeline of contract pursuits.
- Be responsible for business development activities including the identification and qualification of new business opportunities and current contract re-competes.
- Demonstrated experience in Capture Management.
- Identify key customer contacts, budgets, procurement and technical requirements.
- Negotiate industry teaming arrangements.
- Facilitate market communications by presenting the company to customers.
- Assist respective division VPs in crafting proposals in response to RFPs/Solicitations.
Provide oversight for contracted programs. Includes support for on-site program managers and employees, liaison with Government and industry customers.
