Computer Operator II

FTI is an employee-focused provider of mission-critical information systems and technical support services to the government. We are recruiting for contingent candidates to provide Enterprise desktop and system administration services as it relates to the implementation and day to day operations of Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support. Tier 1 and 2 desktop support includes the setup and configuration of end user desktop and laptop systems; performing troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware and software issues; device vulnerability resolution; troubleshooting of network connectivity problems on user’s systems, multi-functional devices printers (MFD), entering, updating, and closing trouble tickets for user reported problems, and compiling trouble call statistics and other performance metrics. Both classified and unclassified systems will be supported.
High School diploma or GED and two (2) years of progressive experience in computer systems operations. One (1) year of practical experience in data entry and formatting via common productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite desired. Note: Experience may be concurrent. Security+ is required.
Must have an active and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance.
