*Perform research and develop test requirements for specification documents.
*Review technical specifications and documents for accuracy and applicability.
*Develop test approaches, validate detailed test methods, collect data and perform detail analysis.
*Develop detailed test reports of data used to evaluate performance of the AEGIS Combat System.
*Provide and present functional briefs. Participate in adjudication meetings and discuss test observations.
*Ability to use Microsoft Office Tools.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills.
*Participate in meetings and provide team leadership.
*Education requirement is a Bachelors of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline, Mathematics or acceptable technical field with a minimum of 5 years direct work experience. *Experience in a software or hardware requirements definition, lab testing and analysis using automated tools.
*Experience may include development or application of test methods in related fields such as mechanical or electrical equipment and systems.
*Provide subject matter expert oversight of functional performance of AEGIS Combat System during tests conducted by the developer and the U.S. Navy.
*Proven ability to use all Microsoft Office tools.
*Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
*Experience in applying Microsoft Office tools to prior work-related efforts.
*Must be excellent oral and written communication skills.
*Experience leading small teams. Must be able to work in a team environment. Provide team leadership.
*Experience in element, system and interoperability testing.
Must have an active Secret clearance
