Overview

Mid-Level Program Analyst

(Crystal City) Arlington, VA

 

Description:

  • Interacts daily with staff including Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), Acquisition Team, and Support Facility Technical Points of Contact (TPOC)s to support program requirements. 
  • Interface with Case Managers providing tasking updates and assisting with coordinating logistics, task execution, and product delivery to country.
  • Draft, review, and provide technical documentation for software upgrades, procurement requests, and action Items for Government Customer.
  • Effectively manages multiple projects within a complex, high speed work environment.

Responsibilities

Creating government customer purchase requests for new contracts and contract modifications

Supports foreign military sales FMS

Responsible for random tasks requiring analyzing and inputting contract data into MS applications                         for new contract negotiations and existing contract management

Accountable for government contract financial reporting

This position develops a comprehensive list of the production contract deliveries to the customer for COR reporting

Qualifications

Required:

3 years of hands on experience

Creating government customer purchase requests for new contracts and contract modifications

Active Secret clearance

Bachelors Degree

Proficient in MS Office

Preferred:

Experience working with Navy contracting a plus
